McCOOK, Neb – The McCook YMCA Fitness department is pleased to announce the weight room equipment upgrade is completed.

In April, the weight room was upgraded with new equipment and adjusted layout to create a conducive environment for weight training and conditioning.

To make room for the new equipment, removal of the older, worn pieces was necessary. Our Precor strength machine line will remain in the current position and plan to have the vinyl replaced where needed.
